Defiant Wrestling No Regrets 5/25/2019

The following results are from DEFIANT Wrestling No Regrets event. The event took place on May 25th, 2019 at the Manchester Academy in Manchester, England. Winner Enters The No Regrets Rumble At #30, Loser Enters At #1 David Starr defeated Gabriel Kidd. This was a great way to get the show started with Kidd showing hi is a very good worker and Starr showing why he has become one of the best wrestlers in the UK. David can really wrestle and it show. We give it a A grade. DEFIANT Women’s Championship Match Lana Austin defeated Lizzy Styles (c) via disqualification. This was an awesome match until that finish even if this keeps the feud going. Lizzy is a star but we can se why Lana is right next to her in a lot of aspects. Hopefully we get a no DQ rematch at their next big event. B Grade match. DEFIANT Tag Team Championships Match Special Guest Referee: General Ameen The South Coast Connection (Ashley Dunn & Kelly Sixx) (c) defeated Team Whitewolf (A-Kid & Carlos Romo). A fantastic tag team encouter just great stuff from both teams. Really enjoyed Team Whitewolf offense soon to be champions. Romo and Kid are great athletes. SCC are better than great heel tag team. Good stuff an A Grade. Singles Match Simon Miller defeated John Klinger. Short match that accomplished purpose wich was to place Simon as a strong top stars. Simon gete better in every match and by having Klinger attack him after the match it gives the feud to continue and maybe end with a hardcore match. B Grade for the match DEFIANT World Championship Match Rampage (w/Rory Coyle) (c) defeated Mark Haskins (w/Vicky Haskins). Good match not the best of the night but Haskins saved it he need the title. Rampage as a heel for me seems flat to be honest as a wrestler he is in my opinion less than average no charisma not as athletic as others. I think is time to give someone else the title. C+ Grade. No Regrets Rumble David Starr won the No Regrets Rumble.

Pretty fun rumble with them working on storylines during it wich is not easy to do in a rumble while finishing the push for David to get the title. Great showing from Kidd already want to see the Kid Starr feud continue but for the title. Hendry is a force to be very very soon. The No Fun Police group vs Drake angle is good one and getting better if Klinger joins them while Simon Miller joins forces with his ex foe in Drake. The three girls did a good job while in the ring. The standouts from the rest of the group in our opinion where Robbie X, Man Like Dereiss, and Sean Kustom. A grade Rumble.
